Semester Special Dates and Deadlines

Summer 2005 priority registration dates are listed below. Students must have a valid application on file to register.
Students will register on a first come, first served basis, and may log-on to Reg-e or call ClassTalk anytime on or after
these priority dates through June 10th.

May 6  -  DSPS & EOPS
May 9  -  Students currently enrolled
May 10 - New matriculants and students previously enrolled Summer or Fall 2004
May 11 - Registration open to all students

Summer Session 2005:

June 13

Begin Summer '05 semester

June 13 - August 6

8 week session dates

June 13 - July 23

6 week session dates

June 13 - July 16

5 week session dates

8-WEEK SESSION
June 20 - August 13, 2005
June 20 8-week session begins
June 27 Refund deadline of enrollment fees and/or non-resident tuition
July 6 Last day to file petition for Credit/No Credit option
July 22* Withdrawal deadline - No drops accepted after this date*
August 13 End of 8-week session
August 17 Deadline for instructors to submit final grades (6:30 pm)
August 22 Grades available on e-Grades and GradesLine

THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT DATES APPLY TO ALL SESSIONS:

May 6 DSPS & EOPS priority registration
May 9 Priority registration - students currently enrolled Spring 2005
May 10 Priority registration - new matriculants and students previously enrolled Summer or Fall 2004
May 11 Registration open to all students
June 12 Residence determination date (applies to all Summer sessions)
July 4** Holiday - Independence Day

** Holidays

- No Saturday or Sunday classes following a Friday holiday.
- No Sunday classes before a Monday holiday.

* Withdrawal Deadline - The last day to withdraw from classes and receive a "W" symbol.  
  Thereafter, a student must receive a letter grade.
